Crawford has been Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law since 1975. He has broad experience as a litigator representing both employers and employees, including representing management in union related matters. He also serves AAA as an Arbitrator in employment disputes. While much of his time is spent in litigation, his diverse experience helps him solve employment problems before they begin, or helps in obtaining their early resolution. He has authored and produced several training films and training programs for managers including a training film for Associated Builders and Contractors; is a frequent lecturer; and has written numerous articles for the Texas Bar Journal, Prentice Hall, and other publications. He was named a Super Lawyer in 2005 in the area of Employment Litigation.
