Ms. Pollak's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation and immigration. The matters on which Ms. Pollak has recently worked include prosecution of litigation on behalf of an automotive finance company against the servicer of its loan portfolio, mediation of a contract dispute for failure to pay for services rendered and prosecution of litigation involving employment dispute matters.

Ms. Pollak's immigration practice includes a wide variety of immigration issues, including non immigrant visas, permanent residency and naturalization applications.

Ms. Pollak is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
