For over 20 years, David Paschall has practiced law in the area of business litigation in state and federal courts.  His clients include businesses of all sizes and individuals.  David also practices municipal law where his involvement in local politics provides him with unique insight and skills.

David was elected for five consecutive terms to serve his local community as a City Council Member for the City of Mesquite, Texas, including two years as Mayor Pro Tem.  During his time on the City Council, David gained a wealth of experience in state and local government matters, including land use, finance, economic development and legislative issues.
