Hance W. Burrow, III became a partner with GUC&L in 1986. He began practice with Gardere, Porter & DeHay, now Gardere Wynne Sewell, LLP. Hance has litigated a wide variety of cases, primarily for small businesses and individuals. He principally represents small businesses in dealing with the various controversies they face.
Hance has handled partnership disputes, minority shareholder issues, collection cases, whistleblower cases, wrongful termination suits, will contests, franchisee disputes, and general contract and fraud cases. He has been involved in adverse possession lawsuits and property damage claims. In addition, from both the defense and plaintiff’s perspective, Hance had handled truck accident cases, insurance matters, and toxic tort claims. Hance also serves as a mediator.
