Henry Wehrmann’s practice is defense-oriented, focusing on complex personal injury, catastrophic injury, products liability, vehicular accident, toxic tort, and premises liability cases.  He defends manufacturers, retailers, and distributors in warranty and breach of contract actions as well as employers in employee worksite injuries, both for subscribers and non-subscribers. In addition, Henry represents defendants in the amusement, entertainment, and leisure industries and is a past chair of the Dallas Bar Association Section on Sports and Entertainment Law.
