Since joining the firm in 1985, Jim Morris’ practice has centered on business litigation representing entities and individuals in complex lawsuits in both state and federal courts. In recent years, a significant amount of Jim’s practice has involved the representation of a large international non-profit corporation on governance and litigation matters. He has also represented numerous cities and towns on land use and other municipal issues.
