John Rosenberg specializes in business litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. John has tried jury and non-jury cases and numerous arbitrations.  His cases have covered variety of matters representing both employers and employees in cases involving trade secrets and non-compete agreements, wrongful discharge and other employment issues, real estate, copyright, trademarks, lender liability, partnership disputes, and fraudulent transfers.
