Mike Johnson knows commercial litigation and construction law.  He frequently represents clients in large, multi-party disputes in litigation and arbitration.  Representative cases involved arenas and stadiums, the partition of ranch property, and the defense of a residential real estate developer.  Mike negotiates and drafts contracts for clients in the construction industry, where his litigation experience provides a valuable perspective which enables him to reduce his client’s exposure to claims and disputes.  Mike’s married (he’s known his wife since the fifth grade) and has three children.
