Neil J. Orleans specializes in business litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. He has extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation involving general contractual disputes, business collections, business tort and fraud claims, and other business claims.  Neil represents clients in a variety of industries, including Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions.  He also serves as a mediator in civil litigation matters and bankruptcy adversaries and is a frequent lecturer on topics related to business litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy cases.
