Paul Underkofler is a co-founder of Goins, Underkofler, Crawford & Langdon, LLP. After three years active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, including service as Chief Trial Counsel, 1st Marine Division, Paul enjoyed a solo practice in Dallas for 13 years before forming his present firm which celebrated its 34th anniversary on May 1, 2011.
Paul’s primary practice area is commercial construction. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in all aspects of the construction contract formations and controversies. Paul has lectured at construction seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas, University of Texas Law School, AGC, ASA, AIA Dallas, Engineering News-Record and the chapters of various construction trade associations. He has also been selected as arbitrator for business valuation and construction controversies and as the mediator of commercial and industrial construction disputes.
